There is no charge for membership

The offer is available at all Restaurants under management by The Longridge Restaurants Ltd. (a list of applicable restaurants can be found at www.heathcotes.co.uk)

One Card per person

4.

Friends of Paul promotions are only redeemable upon presenting the card to the sites duty manager.

5.

One reward per transaction at the point of sale when presenting the card

6.

The Friends of Paul scheme is for individuals and company or business entities.

7.

The card holds no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or vouchers. It is redeemable only for the communicated promotions against food and beverage at Longridge Restaurants Ltd.

8.

All promotions valid to Friends of Paul Card holders will have valid from and expiry dates, after which the promotion will no longer be redeemable.

9.

All valid promotions will be communicated to all Friends of Paul card holders via email, and not by any other requested method. It is the member's responsibility to keep their contact details updated with The Longridge Restaurants Ltd.

10.

Longridge Restaurants Ltd. reserves the right to discontinue membership after giving 3 months notice.

11.

Gift card sales are not eligible for inclusion in any discount promotions available to Friends of Paul, unless clearly stipulated in the individual promotions Terms and Conditions. However the gift car recipient will be entitled to use promotions if a valid Friends of Paul member when the gift card is redeemed.

12.

Promotions will not be redeemable against room hire, sundries and retail items

The Friends of Paul card cannot be used in conjunction with any other contractual agreement or promotion. For avoidance of doubt, any separate offer or scheme that is used or advertised can be redeemed but will then exclude the Friends of Paul card discount.

14.

The Longridge Restaurants Ltd. reserve the right to cancel promotions or stipulate times of validity if coinciding with special events or busy services.

15.

Longridge Restaurants Ltd. reserves the right to discontinue this scheme at any time.

The above rules and regulations, as well as any new rules and regulations pertaining to the Friends of Paul cards may change without notice, updated Terms and Conditions can be found at www.heathcotes.co.uk. Additionally, at the discretion of the administrator of this scheme, if any cardholder is deemed to misuse, fraudulently participate and/or misrepresent claims pertaining to this scheme, the card and promotions may be removed from the scheme.
